Exchanges & Refund policy 

THE ROCKS PUSH online store offers exchanges on products that are faulty.

Should you have a faulty product, please email enquiries@therockspush.com with a description of the fault and images and we will reply within 7 days.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team with photos of the product and notify us of any issues by emailing enquiries@therockspush.com.  We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Sale Items: THE ROCKS PUSH does accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges

We are able to exchange full priced stock only.

Please email enquiries@therockspush.com with a request for an exchange, we will send you the postal address, please return the goods in original packaging and unworn, at your cost.  On receipt of the item, we will check it and send the exchange.  Due to very low stock levels, we recommend you email your preferred replacement item to check it is available and we can put it aside.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email enquiries@therockspush.com as soon as possible. Please note, orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Stock levels 

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If your item has sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and arrange a refund.
